Ob Khan National Park

Ob Khan National Park
A family-favourite nature spot about one hour southwest of Chiang Mai.
This is self-guided tubing in a natural river setting—not a commercial operation. Combine with hiking trails and canyon views in the park. Can get extremely busy on hot-season weekends, so arrive early or visit weekdays.

Monika's Tip
Arrive by 8 AM for best parking and calmest water. The lower pools are family-friendly; upper canyon pools require hiking but reward with fewer crowds and better swimming. Bring flip-flops you don't mind losing—rocks are sharp and tubes occasionally escape.
