Whitewater Rafting

Whitewater Rafting
Serious rapids for thrill-seekers on a 10 km stretch of Mae Taeng River featuring Class III and IV whitewater through dense jungle.
This is genuine whitewater excitement—you will get soaked, you will work hard paddling, and you'll experience river power versus the gentle floating of bamboo rafts. All safety gear is provided and guides are IRF-certified at reputable outfits.

Monika's Tip
Choose afternoon start (1 PM departure) versus early morning—your muscles are warmer and paddling power stronger. Bring a change of dry clothes for the ride home; pack a dry bag with phone and valuables. The post-lunch second half of the river is more difficult, so fuel up at midday meal.
