Body Rafting / River Jump

Body Rafting / River Jump
A signature free activity at floating resorts along the Kwai Noi: put on a life jacket, jump into the fast-flowing river from the raft deck, and let the current carry you downstream before climbing back up at the last pier.
The current is strong enough to be genuinely fun but safe with proper equipment. At Sai Yok raft houses, guests are pulled upstream by longtail boat first, then body-raft back down to the bungalow—creating controlled adventure.

Monika's Tip
Start the activity mid-afternoon (2-3 PM) when you're warm and energized. The water is coldest in morning (can shock system). Do multiple jumps in one session rather than spreading across the day—momentum builds confidence.
