Two sister floating resorts offer curated eco-experiences on the Kwai Noi: one with bamboo-lodge rooms lit by kerosene lamps and zero electricity (operating since 1976), and a more upscale version with private floating villas, SUP boards, and mountain bikes.
The zero-electricity philosophy creates authentic digital detox—no Wi-Fi, no lights except kerosene lamps, no road noise. The upscale sister offers same remoteness with creature comforts. Both employ Mon community members as staff and feature traditional Mon cultural dance shows nightly.
