Kayaking & Canoeing

Kayaking & Canoeing
Paddle downstream through tropical forest on the Kwai Noi or Kwai Yai.
Flat-bottom canoes at resorts are very stable and family-friendly. The downstream paddle from one floating resort to another is a popular 30-40 minute scenic route. Independent kayak hire near the bridge area offers flexibility for spontaneous paddlers.

Monika's Tip
Canoes are better for couples and non-swimmers; kayaks are faster for experienced paddlers. The resort-to-resort paddle should be done early morning before downstream current picks up in afternoon.
