River Kwai Stand-Up Paddleboarding (SUP)

River Kwai Stand-Up Paddleboarding (SUP)
SUP sessions run 1.
The standing perspective provides different experience than kayaking's seated view. You're higher above water seeing more, but balance requirements and core engagement make it harder workout than kayaking appears.
Swimming not required with life jackets provided. Morning sessions beat afternoon heat while delivering better photography light. Afternoon sessions trade comfort for sunset aesthetics—beautiful but sweaty.

Monika's Tip
"Start kneeling for first 15 minutes rather than immediately standing. You'll see people standing successfully and think 'looks easy'—then you stand and immediately fall. Kneel until you understand the board's balance points, then stand. Your ego recovers faster than river-soaked phone."
