SUP Paddleboarding

SUP Paddleboarding
Stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) sessions on the Kwai Yai River, passing directly under the iconic Bridge on the River Kwai.
This is the most Instagram-popular activity on the river—the bridge framed behind paddleboarders is that photogenic. Suitable for complete beginners; instruction and safety briefing always included. Free photos are taken by staff during the session.

Monika's Tip
Sunrise sessions have clearer light and calmer water; sunset sessions are more crowded but more photogenic with warm light. The staff photos are genuinely good—worth the activity just for having bridge-and-board photos. Wear water shoes or sandals with straps; barefoot on board is slippery.
