The identical curved balconies extending from each apartment create this rippling facade effect, while the Sirocco sky bar and Mezzaluna restaurant occupy the crown jewel dome.

It's touristy. The drink minimum is expensive. The dress code is enforced strictly. And none of that matters because the view delivers exactly what people want—sweeping panorama of Bangkok and the Chao Phraya River that no amount of Instagram saturation has diminished.
